Amendments of the CCP.A Clearing Rules As of September 23rd there are amendments of the CCP.A Clearing Rules regarding the duration of the separation procedure. The change becomes effective for trades of trading day Sept. 23rd, 2008 (Settlement day: Sept. 26th, 2008) but shortens, if applicable, the period for open balances from previous original settlement days as well. |
