Clearing bank

Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG (OeKB) acts as clearing bank.

CCP Austria itself does not have a banking license. The settlement of CCP-eligible transactions and the safekeeping of collaterals is done by OeKB on behalf of CCP Austria. The clearing bank is responsible for the timely book entry and payment against delivery as well as for the safekeeping of securities (with the exception of guarantees), banking processes and the valuation of clearing margins.

The General Terms and Conditions of Business ("Business Terms") of the clearing bank apply unless these contradict the CCP.A Clearing Rules and the Stock Exchange Act.
